An offer is not final until both sides confirm the details on WhatsApp.

2. No platform affiliation

Farfosh is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Telegram, or their parent companies. Platform names identify the type of account discussed only. Buyers must follow each platform’s rules and terms.

3. Full access offers

When an offer is described as full access, delivery includes the login email, password, and available recovery details stated for that specific account. Exact included credentials vary by listing and must be confirmed before payment. After delivery, you should update credentials and security settings when the platform supports it.

4. No performance guarantees

Farfosh does not guarantee monetization, income, followers, engagement, verification, eligibility, or permanent platform status. Platforms may change account standing, features, policies, or access at any time. Past performance of an account does not predict future results.

5. Buyer responsibilities

• Confirm every detail of an offer on WhatsApp before paying
• Review the included access, recovery details, price, and escrow option carefully
• Follow the rules and terms of each platform you use
• Use accounts only for lawful purposes
• Secure delivered credentials promptly after receipt

6. Pricing and payment

Prices are not fixed on this website. The price for any account is the amount confirmed with you on WhatsApp for that specific offer. Payment methods, timing, and any escrow process must also be confirmed before payment.

7. Escrow

Escrow is accepted when agreed in advance. Escrow terms, timing, and fees must be confirmed before payment. Farfosh does not control third-party escrow providers and is not responsible for their independent decisions, delays, or fee structures beyond what was confirmed for your order.

8. Communications

This website does not provide checkout, cart, login, or registration. Business is conducted through WhatsApp and, where relevant, Telegram or Instagram. Keep your conversation history until delivery is complete and credentials are secured.

9. Prohibited use

You agree not to use Farfosh to:

• Violate platform rules, applicable laws, or third-party rights
• Harass, threaten, or attempt to defraud Farfosh or other people
• Request or use accounts for illegal activity

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Farfosh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform actions, account performance changes, buyer misuse, or delays outside our reasonable control. Liability related to a specific order is limited to the amount paid for that agreed order, subject to the refund and escrow terms confirmed for that transaction.
